I have had an automobile accident and need an attorney.

Last week I had an automobile accident. I have several injuries so I am unsure if I need a personal injury lawyer or an automobile accident attorney. The accident was not my fault and some of my injuries may be permanent. I have spoken to a family member and they had suggested that I speak with a personal injury lawyer. They also explained that a personal injury lawyer is the same as an automobile accident attorney.
